配属:
サービス事業部 インフェクションコントロール(感染制御 /IC )部門
担当製品は滅菌器・洗浄器。医療機関での手術などで使用する器具・資材の管理・消毒・滅菌・配置を専門で行う「中央材料室 (CSSD) 」向けの製品。
Job Purpose
- IC Service 業務を通じて安心と安全の提案、提供を行うとともに、顧客満足度向上を図り、 IC Service Business 、 Cons Business の成長に貢献する。
Functions
- 市場の納入されている IC 製品の保守、保全業務および Cons 販売、拡販を行うとともに、顧客管理を通しソリューション提案を行う。
Activity
- 修理・点検・保守・保全作業および受付記録、サービスレポート作成
- 修理・点検・保守・保全作業における見積作成および提出
- 搬入・据付試運転調整作業および設置確認記録作成
- 顧客クレーム対応とエスカレーション
- 製品品質問題の収集と報告
- 使用車両、工具、計測機器の管理
- 案件管理および売上処理
- 外注(協力)業者の教育およびそのサポート
Leadership
- IC Service Business の運営管理に貢献する
- 修理・点検における作業計画立案と必要部品等の依頼および手配
- 納入設置後の機器における定期メンテナンス獲得のための提案、立案、獲得、実施
Financials
- 売上進捗管理、 GP 額、 GP% の管理と Region Service Manager への定期的な報告
Quality System Duties And Responsibilities
- 修理業責任者への受付記録シートおよびサービスレポート提出
- 不具合発生時における速やかな CCS 報告
- 定期的な部品管理および棚卸
- 定期的な修理伝票計上
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- IC 製品に関する十分な商品知識および基礎的なテクニカルスキル
- 洗浄・滅菌における基礎的な知識
- 電気・機械・計装関連の基礎的な知識
- 現場作業を円滑に進めるために必要なコミュニケーション・ネゴシエーション能力

- 高卒以上
- 顧客および社内他部署との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
Supervision/Management Of Others
- ユーザーが正しく機器を使用・管理するためのトレーニングおよびサポート

給与
- 想定年収:400 ~650 万円(経験・スキルに応じて決定。賞与含む)
- 月額給与(303 ,100 円~ 493,000 円):基本給( 242,480 円~ 394,400 円)+固定残業代 30h 分(60 ,620 円~ 98,600 円)
- 賞与:年 1 回( 3 月)
- 給与改定:年 1 回( 1 月)
