Gotion High-Tech is a global new energy solutions provider specializing in lithium-ion batteries, ESS, and EV power systems. Our Japan subsidiary focuses on technical collaboration, project delivery, and business development in the Asia-Pacific region.
To support our India market expansion, we are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to coordinate projects between Gotion Japan, China HQ, and India-based clients
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for India-based clients in EV batteries and ESS.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and after-sales.
- Manage project timelines, technical requirements, certifications, and delivery milestones.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.
- Maintain clear communication with India-based clients and internal teams.
- Support technical workshops, customer trainings, and project reviews.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with the India market.
- Bachelor's degree or above (Engineering, Automotive, Energy, or related field preferred).
- Proven project management experience in the automotive industry; experience in EV or energy projects is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese ,Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel to India and China as required.
