About The Role / ロールについて
Purpose of the role:

Lead the business at Mass retailers like Super Market, Liquor Specialty and Discount chains operating on nationwide and regional scale. Expand distribution of our luxury portfolio as touch point with consumers to position our luxury portfolio Sustainably grow our current mainstream brands base volume

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales target delivery and management of sales promotion budget
  • Get customer engagement from important account and align on annual joint business planning with key stakeholders and execute
  • Opportunity finding based on various information source like market data, POS data, customer insights and development/execution of solution ideas
  • Among key accounts, get distribution via shelving negotiation, manage to conduct Showcase displays to highlight our products to consumers
  • Planning and execution of promotion plans to deliver target with full usage of available tools like promotion budget and in-store material etc
  • Gather emerging trends and competitor's activities and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the marketing, and planning team
  • Collaborate with wholesalers to expand the distribution to non-direct contacted accounts
  • Effective usage of 3rd party service providers (merchandises) to maximize sales at key accounts and coaching to merchandises

  • 全国展開または地域展開する量販小売業(スーパーマーケット、酒専門店、ディスカウントストア)のビジネス拡大をリード
  • 弊社のラグジュアリーポートフォリオのポジショニング向上のために、消費者とのタッチポイントとして配荷店舗を拡大
  • メインストリームブランドの継続成長を実現

主な担当業務:

  • 担当アカウントの売上目標の達成と販売促進予算の管理
  • 重要アカウントからのエンゲージメント獲得し、年間協働計画(JBP)の主要ステークホルダーとの合意、および実行
  • 市場データ、POSデータ、顧客への洞察や知見等、様々な情報ソースから機会を発見し、解決策の立案・実行
  • 各主要アカウントへの棚割り提案・交渉を行い商品配荷を獲得・拡大、ショーケース的ディスプレイを実施し、消費者への当社商品のビジビリティ向上
  • ツール(予算、店頭マテリアル等)を活用した売り上げ目標達成のためのプロモーションプランの立案、実行
  • 新たなトレンドや競合の活動の情報を入手し、その知識をマーケティング、プランニングチームに共有
  • 卸店と協働し直接コンタクトできないアカウントでの配荷拡大、売上拡大を図る
  • サードパーティーのサービスプロバイダー(マーチャンダイジンザー)を活用した主要アカウントの売上拡大と、マーチャンダイザーに対するコーチングを実施
