.The purpose of this role is also to act as a focal point for our government supported initiatives and ensure that we maintain close collaboration with relevant actors in Sweden, while at the same time staying on top of opportunities for business in Japan

Representing interests of Swedish enterprise and Business Sweden in Jap
anSelling and marketing Business Sweden's services to existing and potential clients in both Sweden and in the region, including add-on sales in on-going projec

You will have very close relations to the Swedish representations in the market. This means that you will be an official representative for Sweden, acting in close collaboration with the Swedish Foreign Service and other organisatio

The role is based in Tokyo, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as requi
red.

rementsYou have an academic degree within Business Administration and/or Engin
eering.
You have at least 15 years of relevant working expe
rience.
You are a strong leader and have experience of management of emp
loyees.
You have an interest in growing and developing

You have performed successful strategic sales and have a proven track record of developing customers, deep customer insight and strong negotiation and closing
skills.
You are analytical, reflective, focused and action or
iented.
You have in depth experience from multi stakeholder projects, including government clients (Swedish and non-Sw
edish).A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is a requi
rement.
Experience from living/working in Japan or somewhere else in Asia-Pacific is highly me
riting.
Swedish citizenship is re
quired.
