Responsibility:


Proficient in the metal materials market (including material information, competitor intelligence, pricing data, etc.) and capable of maintaining communication with other companies in the industry.

Lead the Japanese sales team to ensure the achievement of set sales targets and guide sales personnel in developing local Japanese clients as well as Japanese clientele in other regions.

Oversee the operations of the office, including personnel, general affairs, and finance, and execute budget planning, sales management, and other related tasks.

Responsible for building, developing, and managing a highly efficient localized team.


Requirement:


Japanese speaker, with over 10 years of experience in the non-ferrous materials industry or in non-ferrous metals; and at least 5 years of practical experience in a management position.

Possess extensive knowledge of copper, including fundamental principles and application products; preference will be given to candidates with experience as a metallurgical engineer or in quality assurance.

Possess an international perspective, excellent team management skills, strong communication and planning abilities, resilience under pressure, and strong collaborative skills.
