仕事概要
業務内容 社会課題解決を目指し、課題・ニーズドリブンで連続的に社会実装を行う弊社にて、独自の音声信号処理・機械学習開発をリードしてくれるエンジニアを募集しております。 本ポジションでは、音声信号処理や機械学習分野の研究的な成果を理解しつつ、それを製品・サービスとして成立させるために 評価方法や目標性能を定義し、先端研究を社会実装につなげるリーダーを求めています。 リリース済みの主なプロダクトとしては、独自のアルゴリズムをベースに音声認識とAIを活用しリアルタイムに会話を可視化するサービス「VUEVO(ビューボ)」となりますが、新規事業に関する開発も含まれます。 具体的には、下記を期待しています。 ・音声信号処理・機械学習などの要素技術を統合したアルゴリズム開発のリード ・開発ロードマップ策定、研究開発テーマ選定、技術検証の推進 ・常に新しい取り組みにチャレンジする姿勢 プロダクト紹介動画 開発組織について 特定のプロダクトに特化することなく、本人の希望によってさまざまなプロジェクトに関わることもできます。 技術環境 開発言語:Python, C/C++ VCS:GitLab その他:Slack, Notion 仕事の魅力 ・VUEVOはコミュニケーションバリアフリーの世界を目指しており、その中でも聴覚障がい者と聴者のコミュニケーションを支援することに注力しています。当事者のフィードバックや感謝の声を聴きながら開発できることは大きな魅力です。 ・上記聞こえの違いをサポートすることから始まり、働き方DX、教育など様々なニーズが生まれています。 ・ソフトとハードが融合したサービス開発を経験できます。 ・最先端技術を用いて、介護・医療・建設・農業・エンタメをはじめ幅広い領域の課題解決に携われます。 ・手を上げれば、未経験領域にもチャレンジできるカルチャー・環境があります。 ・R&Dへの投資を積極的に行い必要に応じて必要な設備の導入をしているため、充実した環境です。 ・バックグラウンド・スキルが多様なメンバーが揃っているため、互いに刺激を受けながら仕事に取り組めます。 ・ビジネス側との距離が近く、フラットにコミュニケーションしながら開発すべき機能や打ち手を提案することができます。 ・使用する技術の選定や設計、開発プロセスを自分で決めることができる裁量が高い環境です。 選考フロー 選考フロー 書類選考 一次面接・コーディングテスト 二次面接 最終面接
必須スキル
・プロダクトマネージャーまたはプロダクトオーナーとして、量産品・サービスの開発に携わった経験(2年以上) ・ビジネス要件を技術仕様に落とし込む力、またはその逆に技術成果を事業的価値に言語化できる力 ・音声信号処理・機械学習のいずれかに関する基礎的な理解

年収450~1200万円 ※月給37.5万円以上(固定残業代45時間分相当/9.9万円~含む)超過分別途支給 ※経験・能力に応じて決定します。
