「社会的意義」や「意味」があるものを連続的に生み出す孵卵器(インキュベーター)となることを目指し、大学や自社R&Dから生まれる先端技術を社会に存在する課題・ニーズドリブンで社会実装する仕組みを作る弊社にて、さらなる事業成長をけん引するプロダクトマネージャーを募集します。 本募集では、弊社が独自開発しているプロダクト(詳細下記)を企画し世の中に出すところを中心に携わって頂くプロダクトマネージャー求めています。顧客ニーズを捉え、自分の意見をプロダクトに直接反映し、新しいプロダクトや機能を世に出すマーケティングまで上流から下流まで全てに関わる重要な業務となります。また、他企業との協業による新規事業開発にもかかわって頂くチャンスも多くあります。 具体的な業務内容 ダイバーシティ&インクルーシブの実現と、働き方改革に貢献するプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメント業務。または、音響センシング技術を用いた協業による新規事業立ち上げ。 (選考の中で、ご経験やご志向性をお伺いさせていただきなから決定させていただきます) ・プロダクトマネジメント業務全般 ・課題の発掘と課題解決に向けたプロダクトの必要機能の要件定義 ・プロダクトUI/UX開発 ・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションと調整 ・プロダクトロードマップ策定 ・プロダクトマーケティング 弊社の事業領域について 弊社が主にターゲットとして取り組んでいるのは、Personal care&Diversity領域、及び、Workspace&DX領域、の2つです。前者は、認知症をはじめとしたヘルスケアの未解決課題への取り組みや、聴覚障がいをお持ちの方や海外の方との言語の壁を取り払うことを目的としたDivercityを実現する機器などの開発を行っています。また、後者は、建設業界の高齢化/人手不足問題に関わる現場のDXや、働き方改革に関わるDXの領域です。 弊社プロダクトについて 自社で開発したワイヤレスマイク、独自設計アルゴリズム、アプリケーションを用いて、聴覚障がいや聞こえにくさがある人と聴者とのコミュニケーションの支援や、LLMを活用した会議要約機能等による職場の業務改善を実現するサービスです。今年5月にリアルタイム翻訳機能を、8月には急増するインバウンド需要への海外言語の課題を解決する新サービスをローンチしました。言語の壁や聞こえの違いを越え、コミュニケーションバリアのない世界の実現を目指しています。 ポジションの魅力 ・スピード感をもってプロダクトへのフィードバックを実装し、顧客体験価値を高めていける面白みややりがいを感じていただけます。 ・経営陣やエンジニアとの距離が近く、密なコミュニケーションから新しいアイデアが生まれ、それを形にしてサービスやプロダクトを生み出していく面白みがあります。 ・メーカー、コンサル、スタートアップなど多様なバックグラウンドのメンバーが在籍しています。 ・20代~60代までと年齢の幅が広いですが、フラットで笑いの絶えない職場です。 ・連続的に新規事業を生み出す会社にて、様々な事業フェーズ/領域に携わることができます。 ・一人ひとりに大きな裁量がある一方、大きな責任も伴います。プレッシャーも糧にしながら、"自ら考え行動すること"が好きな方が向いています。 ・たとえ失敗に終わったとしても、積極的なチャレンジを称賛するカルチャーです。 選考フロー 書類選考一次面接二次面接最終面接内定
