仕事概要
業務内容 ・当社のBtoBもしくはBtoBtoCプロダクトにおける、WebアプリケーションやAPIサーバのバックエンドシステムの開発、運用、保守をお任せします。 ・「01フェーズ」は完了しているため、「110」および「10100」フェーズのスケールアップに強みを持つエンジニアを募集しています。 具体的には、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。 - ・顧客、マイク、ディスプレイ等の管理画面設計および実装 (Rails) ・モバイルアプリやWebフロントエンド向けAPIの設計および実装 (Rails) ・IoTデバイス(マイク)から音声を受け取り、文字起こし、翻訳、要約を行うリアルタイムサーバーの設計および実装 (Go言語) ・SRE業務(インフラの安定的運用・保守・監視) ・Bizメンバーや顧客からの問い合わせ対応 ・障害対応 - 技術/環境など 開発言語:Ruby(3.1.6), Go , TypeScript 主なフレームワーク:Ruby on Rails EOLを迎えてセキュリティパッチが当たらない状況ですが対応予定です), React インフラ:AWS インフラ管理:AWS CDK アプリケーション実行環境:ECS, Lambda データベース:Aurora(mysql 8.0), Redis 監視・モニタリング:CloudWatch, Sentry バージョン管理:GitLab CI/CD:GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline コミュニケーション:Slack, Google Workspace ドキュメント・タスク管理:Notion デザインツール:Figma その他:SendGrid, AWS IoT Core 仕事の魅力/特徴 ・最先端技術を用いて、ヘルスケア・建設・農業・製造・物流をはじめ幅広い領域の課題解決に携われます。 ・手を上げれば、未経験領域にもチャレンジできるカルチャー・環境があります。(バックエンド以外に、フロントエンド、インフラ、アルゴリズム開発など。またご興味があればビジネスサイドの業務に関わっていただける環境です。) ・R&Dへの投資を積極的に行い必要に応じて必要な設備の導入をしているため、充実した環境です。 ・バックグラウンド・スキルが多様なメンバーが揃っているため、刺激を受けながら仕事に取り組めます。 ・ビジネスサイドのメンバーや現場導入のメンバーとの距離が近く、密な連携を取りながらより良い開発に取り組める環境です。 選考フロー 書類選考 コーディングテスト・一次面接 二次面接 最終面接 ※従事すべき業務変更の範囲:当社業務全般
必須スキル
・Ruby on Rails を用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験 ・Infrastructure as Code(AWS CDKまたはTerraform)を用いたAWS環境の構築・運用経験 ・IT、Web全般のセキュリティ知識 ・RDBMSやKVSのスキーマ設計およびクエリ設計経験 ・テストコード実装経験
歓迎スキル
・WebSocketやgRPCを用いたリアルタイム性の高いアプリケーションの開発経験 ・SRE業務経験 ・スキーマ駆動開発の経験 ・ハードウェア、ファームウェア、ビジネスなど、多様なスキルセットを持つメンバーとのプロジェクト遂行経験 ・ドキュメント文化が定着した開発チームでの勤務経験 ・デザイナー、ファームウェアチーム、アルゴリズム担当者と連携した仕様策定経験 ・業務委託エンジニアとの連携を通じた開発の加速経験 ・マネジメント経験
応募概要
給与
エンジニア:年収450~750万円、シニアエンジニア:年収650~1200万円 ※月給37.5万円以上(固定残業代45時間分相当/9.9万円~含む)超過分別途支給 ※経験・能力に応じて決定します。
