■社会インフラ基盤としての「モビリティ」は、「さまざまなモノ・人・ビジネスをつなぐ」役割を担っており、モビリティソリューション第一部は、モビリティ(主に鉄道系)関連システムの開発、維持、プレを担当しています。その中で配属組織では、主に関東圏の新たなデジタルチケッティングシステムの開発・構築を担っており、今後の新しい社会インフラシステムとして、情報と制御を組み合わせた社会基盤スマートシステム構築に対応するシステムの開発を進めています。

【募集背景】

鉄道におけるチケッティングサービスの分野ではSociety 5.0の実現に向けた取り組みが活発に行われており、新たなデジタルチケッティングシステムの実現が待望されています。

今回、新しいデジタルチケッティングシステムの開発・構築を担う次世代リーダ要員として活躍できるプロジェクトリーダ職を募集しています。

【職務概要】

・システムの取り纏め者として、複雑な情報システム、アプリケーションなどの課題に対するソリューションを設計し開発する。

・システム管理と機能統合を担い、メンバーを牽引し、担当する事業領域に貢献する。

・システム開発作業において、業務チームとも連携し、担当PJのインフラ作業全般を推進する。

【職務詳細】

・新しいデジタルチケッティングシステムの開発において、施策開発の設計構築の取り纏めを行う。

・システム全体を俯瞰して、品質を確保する。

・ITアーキテクトとして、非機能要件である、性能・信頼性・運用・セキュリティの設計および検証の取り纏めを行う。

・これら職務の遂行において、日立の協力会社や顧客ともコミュニケーションを取りながらチームを統括する役割を担う。

・部は約50名(若手〜部長) ・課は約10名(若手〜主任技師)

【働き方】

・在宅勤務可 ・出社頻度は週1〜3日(顧客打合せ、コミニケーション向上等)

・出張有り(顧客事務所、社内拠点)

応募資格
【必須条件】

SE経験5年以上で、以下のいずれかの実務経験を2年以上

・プロジェクトにてサブリーダ相当の経験

・システムインフラ構築の経験がある方

・非機能設計、システム構築、非機能試験の経験がある方

※募集開始時の想定であり、選考を通じて決定の上、オファー時にご説明いたします。

【給与】

■想定月給:441,000〜584,000円

■想定年収:7,300,000〜9,700,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
