当社の取り扱う保険を販売する代理店の、新規開拓営業をお任せします
※取り扱い商品を、お客さまに直接販売する仕事ではありません
・新規代理店開拓
・火災保険の取り扱いを提案
・事業の拡大までサポート等・・・
- 年間休日120日・完全週休2日制

※チームで対応するため有給休暇中のサポート体制も万全です。

- 主な1日の仕事の流れ
9:00~:朝礼
10:00~:見込先へアポイント取り
10:30~:代理店へ電話による業務サポート
12:00~:昼食
13:00~:見込先と商談・代理店訪問
16:00~:帰社、事務処理
17:00~:退社
※残業は推奨されておらず、「上司が帰らないと帰りづらい…」などは一切ありません

- 人と関わる仕事(営業・接客・販売など)を経験された方
- 高卒以上
- 社会人経験2年以上

※給与には固定残業代(87,574円/42時間相当分)が含まれます。

月給400,000円+賞与(インセンティブ)
※給与には固定残業代(110,078円/42時間相当分)が含まれます。
