【仕事内容】

当社は、ペット産業においてブリード、ペットライフ、メディカル、キャリアの4つの領域で事業を展開しています。これらの領域に対して、マッチングサービス、プラットフォーム、自社サービスを提供し「ペットの家族化推進」をミッションに掲げています。

ペットと飼い主、そしてペットに関わる全ての人々の幸せを目指します。

<お任せする仕事内容>

あなたには、主に飲食店における就職・転職をサポートする人材紹介サービスのキャリアアドバイザーをお任せします。

求職者側だけにとどまらず、飲食店への営業もお任せします。

<具体的には…>

  • 求職者に向けて

・電話やメールを通じて、転職状況のヒアリング

・飲食店などの施設や求人情報のご案内

・求職者のご志向やキャリアの希望を踏まえたうえでの相談や提案

・面接を調整・設定、転職時のアドバイス、転職後の状況伺い連絡

  • 事業所、法人に向けて

・必要とする人材や、就業先の条件(給与・待遇・勤務地など)の詳細条件のヒアリング

・条件に合った求職者のご紹介

・人材採用に向けてのコンサルティングやアドバイスの実施

東京都港区芝2-13-4 住友不動産芝ビル4号館4階

  • リモートワークOK(週4〜5日)

【交通】

都営地下鉄三田線「芝公園駅」A1出口より徒歩7分

【勤務時間】9:00〜18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※月の平均残業時間…25時間

【給与】

月給41万6695円〜43万8345円+賞与

※上記金額には、固定残業代として月45時間相当分・10万8410円〜13万60円が含まれます。超過分は別途追加支給します。

  • 想定年収は500万円〜700万円です。
