Rakuten Marketing Japan holds a unique position as both a digital advertising agency and a platform provider, offering an environment where you can work with diverse marketing products and cutting-edge digital solutions.
This position is within a team that supports the digital marketing operations of LinkShare Japan by managing data, providing business support, and driving business process improvements.
Leveraging Salesforce and BI tools (Domo and PowerBI), the team acts as a hub for DX promotion, automating sales forecasting and performance management, report creation, and implementing AI and business automation tools.

Position Details
You will be responsible for a wide range of data and information-related business support for LinkShare Japan, including sales forecasting and performance management, and Salesforce operations.
Specific Examples Of Responsibilities
Salesforce system administration (user, permission, and master settings etc.)
Budget planning, forecasting, and performance management for the sales organization; KPI monitoring
Construction and operation of dashboards using Domo, PowerBI, etc.
Automation of business processes using PowerAutomate, Python, etc.
Improving business efficiency and organizing information using generative AI such as ChatGPT
Creation of internal reports and presentation materials (mainly for executives)
Promotion of various business improvement projects (requirements gathering, design, implementation)
Work Environment
Currently, the team is small, but there is a strong culture of sharing business knowledge and a strong awareness of improvement, with thorough support and system development.
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience leading DX promotion and business improvement projects
Experience in forecasting, performance management, and business support
Proficiency in Excel (functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, DAX functions, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience
Experience in designing/configuring either CRM tools such as Salesforce or BI tools such as Domo or PowerBI
Experience with PowerAutomate, Python, or Access
A proactive attitude and interest in utilizing generative AI such as ChatGPT
