The Business Planning Manager/Senior Manager will lead strategic initiatives to solve business and operational challenges within the logistics division.
This role involves developing business plans, driving operational improvements, and managing cross-functional projects in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Planning & StrategyDevelop mid- to long-term business plans to support logistics growth.
Propose and implement strategic initiatives to improve overall business performance.
- Operational Improvement
Lead the implementation of improvement measures across departments.
- Cross-Functional Project Management
Lead strategic projects from planning to execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Example Projects
Direct Delivery Network Optimization – Reduced shipping costs (completed).
Launch of Bundle App – Improved delivery efficiency (completed).
Expansion of Product Categories – Increasing shipment volume (ongoing).

Requirements – Must-Have
Experience in business planning or operational improvement at a level close to executive decision-making
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Business-level proficiency in email communication and Excel (functions)
1+ year of people management experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in corporate planning or consulting firms
Background in planning or strategy roles
Project management experience
SQL or data analysis skills
Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries
English Language Requirement
TOEIC score of 800+ or equivalent English proficiency
Proof required before offer stage
A TOEIC IP test may be administered during the selection process if no proof is available
