Ad & Media Company provides advertising and marketing services including media business, digital ad business, research business, and influencer business.
Not only does it focus on profit as a single company, but it also handles unique areas of the marketing industry and provides comprehensive support including advertising.
This department draws up a growth strategy for the research company from a medium- to long-term perspective and redesigns the organization and business.
With an eye on changes in the market environment and advances in technology, we are responsible for everything from conceiving the company's image, main products, and revenue structure three to five years from now to formulating an execution plan.

Job Responsibilities
Planning and formulating mid- to long-term strategies
Designing the company's vision for 3 to 5 years from now (assets, products, sales structure, etc.)
Formulating business domains and focus areas through discussions with management
Designing and promoting milestones for strategy execution
Breaking down into execution phases based on mid- to long-term plans, prioritizing, and formulating specific measures
Implementing measures and managing progress in collaboration with other departments and related teams
Searching for and collaborating with external resources
Formulating and negotiating procurement policies for partners, technologies, data, etc. necessary to achieve the strategy
Considering the possibility of M&A, business alliances, and utilization of external assets

This organization reports directly to the management team.
It is made up of mostly people in their early 30s, so communication is flat throughout the organization.
Mandatory Qualifications
Desired skills and experience
Experience in planning or promoting mid- to long-term business strategies (experience from concept to execution phase is welcome regardless of industry)
Project management experience (experience leading and managing progress in measures across multiple departments)
Skills for organizing issues and creating materials (experience creating proposals and decision-making materials for management)
Experience in coordinating and negotiating with external partners and vendors (including experience considering procurement, alliances, collaborations, etc.)
Ability to think strategically based on market, competition, and technology trends (a bird's-eye view that is not biased toward a specific field)
Desired personality
Someone who has a sense of ownership and can set their own hypotheses and proceed with planning and verification
Someone who can grasp the interests of various stakeholders and move things forward while appropriately adjusting and involving them
Someone who can flexibly switch perspectives and reconstruct strategies even in a rapidly changing environment
Someone who is particular about creating value in the mid- to long-term, not just immediate results
Someone who has the ability to think back and forth between the abstract and the concrete, tackling highly uncertain themes without hesitation
Desired Qualifications
Experience in corporate planning, business planning, or company-wide project promotion at a business company
Experience supporting business strategy and mid-term management planning at a strategic consulting firm
Experience in new business planning and product strategy at research companies, advertising agencies, SaaS companies, data analysis companies, etc.
Experience in designing and promoting mid- to long-term measures using in-house assets (data, systems, human resources, etc.)
