Group Human Resources Supervisory Department consists of various HR functions such as payroll, training, recruiting and HRBP. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment where you will be able to communicate well with other sections through a variety of projects and where there are plenty of long term career paths.

Position
Why We Hire
As our company continues to grow and diversify, we need to improve our HR operations. We are looking for someone who will be mainly responsible for payroll, social insurance procedures, personnel cost management, and VISA renewal support.

Position Details
Management of outsourcers for the following tasks, response to inquiries from employees, and planning and execution of work flow improvements

  • Procedures for joining, resignation, and temporary retirement
  • Payroll calculation (including resident tax and year-end adjustment)
  • Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with social insurance consultants)
  • Management of personnel expenses (in cooperation with accounting and tax departments)
  • Collection and management of My Number
  • Visa renewal support (in cooperation with administrative scrivener)
  • Payroll sharing services for subsidiaries
  • Payroll system maintenance and operation
  • Participation in intra- and cross-team projects and project management
  • Other related work

Mandatory Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of payroll related experience
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in using COMPANY (payroll system)
  • Experience in system implementation
  • Experience in improving workflow with stakeholder involvement
  • Experience in human management of multiple people
