【主な業務内容】

今回募集するカスタマーサポート部門は、

病院・介護事業所・ご家族からの

お問い合わせに対応する

窓口ポジションです。

状況を丁寧にヒアリングし、

必要な情報を整理。

営業担当や各事業所と連携しながら、

スムーズな入居・支援へとつなぎます。

  • 問い合わせ対応(電話・オンライン)

医療機関やご家族からのご相談を受付。

  • ヒアリング・情報整理

状況やご希望を丁寧に確認。

  • 社内連携・取り次ぎ

営業担当や各事業所へ情報共有・調整。

  • データ入力・管理

対応履歴や顧客情報の入力。

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
