カテゴリープランナーはシニアマネジャーの指揮管理下でマーチャンダイジング(MD)エリアの全体及び担当カテゴリーの戦略・実行を担当いただきます。MDシニアリーダー及びバイイング、プランニングマネジャーと協業し、ビジネスの最大化を実現します。

具体的な業務例:

・全社予算(KPI)策定に参画。全社・カテゴリー・顧客動向等の詳細分析を行い、それを元にファイナンスとのディスカッションを通じ、最適なカテゴリー配分を提案する。

・全社予算を基に、各カテゴリー毎のエアタイム配分を決定する。(エアタイムアロケーション)

・各カテゴリー毎、編成時間毎のミニマムスクリプタブル(最低必要売上/生産性)ターゲットを算定し、オンエア編成枠の最大活用をリードする。

・担当カテゴリーのブランド毎の分析を(ブランドポートフォリオ分析)行い、バイイング・

プランニングマネジャーと共に、カテゴリーのブランド戦略・販売計画・品揃え戦略の方向性を見出す。又、顧客分析を行い、カテゴリーの価格戦略を見出す。

・年間、半期、四半期計画、月次、時間毎の販売計画を立案する。又、MDシニアリーダーとの定期的チェックインを行い承認を得る。

・バイヤー・プランナーと共に、TSV・TPの戦略的ロードマップを作成する。

・イベント分析を行い、それを元にイベントKPIを決定、イベントプランニングの計画・企画立案をリードする。及び、各イベントのTSVとブランド(番組)選定を行い、イベント編成の最適化・最大化をリードする。

・全社・担当カテゴリーの在庫管理を行い、ファイナンスと連携する。及び、バイイングマネジャー・プランニングマネジャーへリスク等の進言を行う。

・月次レポートを作成し、経営・ファイナンスへ報告する。

・担当カテゴリーのオムニチャネル戦略を促進する。バイイングマネジャー・プランニングマネジャー、デジタルストアプランニングと連携し、オフエア戦略を促進する。

・常にビジネスをリードするポジションとして、全社、及び担当カテゴリーのビジネス最大化を牽引する。分析と実務両面に高い見識とスキルを持ち、双方から検証を行い、各所に提言する。

・MDの代表として各種戦略会議やプロジェクトに参画する。

MD:プランニングマネジャー、プランナー、バイイングマネジャー、バイヤー、イベントプランナー、プログラムプランナー

DS:デジタルストアマネジャー、デジタルストアカテゴリープランナー

FS:ファイナンスマネジャー

応募資格:

・小売業でのマーチャンダイザー、ディストリビューター、営業、又は販売企画の経験5年程度。

・B2C業界でのCRM、販売データ分析や需要予測の経験5年程度(小売、日用品メーカー出身者なら尚可)

・オフィスソフトの卓越した操作能力(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)

・英語力あれば尚可

  • 雇用形態:正社員(試用期間6ヶ月、期間中の労働条件変更なし)
  • 給与:経験・能力・現年収などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定
  • インセンティブボーナス:年1回(会社業績・個人評価により支給)

  • 残業手当:会社規定に基づき支給
  • 通勤手当:支給あり

勤務条件:

  • ハイブリッド勤務モデル(オフィス勤務とリモート勤務の併用)
  • フレックスタイム制度(始業時間:午前5時〜終業時間:午後10時、コアタイムなし)
  • 月間所定労働時間:月の営業日数 × 8時間
  • 在宅勤務制度あり:基本週3日の出社
