Role Overview
We are seeking future leaders to join Gora Kadan as General Manager candidates. In this role, you will begin with a rotation across all departments at our existing property, gaining hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of our operations. This foundation will help you build a career path aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
In the future, you may take on a leadership role—such as General Manager, Manager, or Department Head—at Gora Kadan or one of our new properties. You will be entrusted with guiding teams, shaping operational excellence, and contributing to the ongoing growth of our brand.

Description
・ Participate in a guided rotation across all departments (Front Office, Food & Beverage, Room Attendant, etc.) at our existing property to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
・ Support and lead teams in day-to-day operations, contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality and operational excellence.
・ Collaborate with senior management to implement initiatives that enhance the brand and guest experience.
・ Build a foundation for future leadership roles at Gora Kadan or our new properties.
Requirement

・ Strong interpersonal and leadership potential, with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
・ Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds; no prior industry experience or specific age required.

・ Fluent in Japanese and English
