THE ROLE
You'll manage relationships with Japan's top on-target talent through our AI-powered recruitment platform. No more manual outreach spam. No more wasted hours, trapped doing admin work.
Here's how it works:
- You handpick target candidate lists each week
- Our automation (Headhunt.AI) does the outbound messaging
- Your inbox fills with interested, pre-qualified candidates
- You spend your days as a career advisor to Japan's tech elite
- You make placements. You earn strong commissions.
Your typical week:
Meeting with functional experts and industry leaders who actually want to talk to you. Acting as their trusted career advisor. Introducing the right people to the right opportunities at our select portfolio of trusted client companies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must-Haves:
- Proven recruitment or sales track record
in complex environments (placements/sales you're proud of) - Bilingual fluency:
Native/near-native Japanese + business-level English - People skills:
High empathy, strong EQ, natural relationship builder - Tech comfort:
Experience with CRM/ATS tools and comfortable using AI tools daily in your workflow - Growth mindset:

YOUR FIRST YEAR WITH US
Month 1:
Intensive training on our systems, tech recruiting fundamentals, and our client portfolio. Meet the team: Partners, Business Managers, Engineers, fellow Candidate Managers.
Month 3:
You've met hundreds of candidates. Introduced dozens to clients. Scheduled interviews. Run your own interview prep sessions. Likely made your first placement(s).
Month 12:
Built a network of hundreds who trust you. Eligible for promotion or Business Manager training. Mentoring new hires. Seen as a key early team member in our growing company.
