このポジションでは、品質課題に対するコンサルティング、QAプロセス全体の見直しや改善提案、さらには顧客との合意形成・推進を担っていただき、顧客の品質環境を整え、Autifyを長く使い続けていただく文化作りを行っていただきます。AI活用を行い、既存のQAプロセスの効率化、再定義を行っていきます。自身の業務をどのように改善、効率化ができるかの視点、新たな分野への挑戦を一緒に遂行できる方をお待ちしています。
職務内容
- 顧客の品質課題に対するコンサルティングおよび改善支援 ┗QA戦略の策定、プロセス改善の提案と実行支援 ┗業務ヒアリング・AsIs/ToBe分析・図示化による改善仮説の提示 ┗QC/QA/テストの役割を整理した上での品質プロセス最適化
- プロジェクトの立ち上げ・プロジェクト管理・推進 ┗自動化の目的整理、対象選定、スコープ策定 ┗テストケースの構築・Autifyによる実装・運用支援
- 顧客との合意形成・改善推進(コンサルティングまたはPM的関与) ┗複数部門やステークホルダーを巻き込んだ品質改善活動の推進 ┗実行可能かつ現場にフィットする施策の主導
- 新規・既存顧客の課題ヒアリングおよび提案 ┗営業・CSと連携しながら、改善方針の企画・提案・実装
- 自社ナレッジの文書化・展開(ドキュメント/動画コンテンツ作成など)

必須要件
- SIerまたはITコンサルティングファームにおいて、顧客折衝、ソリューションまたはサービス提供およびプロジェクトマネジメントを担当したご経験 5年以上
- 数名規模のチームにおけるマネジメント経験
- 入社後にJSTQBを取得できること(資格取得の支援あり)
