■ Responsibilities:
- Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development and other teams to ensure software meets quality standards
- Manage and maintain test data, leveraging tools like GenRocket for synthetic data generation.
- Ensure test automation supports CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) and integrates with DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

応募条件
■必須要件:
- 3-10 years of experience in IT industry
- Experience of working in insurance domain project
- Good hands-on experience with the automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments.
- Understanding of test script versioning, CI/CD integration, and defect management.
- Business level Japanese (N2 or above) and English skill
