求人概要
マネーフォワードグループの各サービスのQA及び品質向上を担う「QAエンジニアポジション」において、具体的な応募ポジションを決められない方や、どのような役割や担当業務があるか話を聞いてからエントリーしたいという方を対象に、オープンポジションとしてエントリーを受け付けています。
オープンポジションでご応募いただき、書類選考を通過した方には、ご希望とご経歴にマッチしたポジションをご案内します。ポジション例としては以下のようなポジションを想定しています。
- 会計や人事ソフトウェア等々の事業部に属し、しっかり腰を落ち着け、単一製品と日々向き合い、該当製品の品質をお客様視点で最大までもっていく業務
- 会計や人事ソフトウェア等々の事業部に属し、品質・スピードを改善するためにAIや自動化技術を実際の製品QAに適応させる業務
- 自動化テストプラットフォームエンジニア。マネーフォワードでは独自のテスト自動化フレームワークやAIテストケース作成フレームワークを作成しています。そのフレームワーク開発を行う業務
- メトリックス・不具合分析業務。品質の良し悪しの判定は一般的には非常に困難です。ただ会社全体の品質を緩やかに向上させるためには、様々な定量的手法を用い分析を行います。
募集背景
マネーフォワードは30を超えるサービスを提供しており、ユーザーへの提供価値を日々大きくする努力をしています。その中で、「既存プロダクトの機能改善・負債解消」と「新規サービスの開発」の両面に力をいれており、新しい仲間を募集しています。
業務内容
チームによって業務内容の詳細は異なります。

- 機能や非機能要求のレビュー
- 品質分析、品質改善
- テストプロセス改善
- 開発プロセス改善
- テスト計画/テスト設計・実行/不具合報告/リリース後確認
- テストの自動化 (単体/統合/システム レベル)
応募資格
- ソフトウェアテストに関する基礎的な知識・経験(JSTQB Foundation Level同等以上)
- テスト自動化に対する知識や経験
- WebサービスにおけるQAエンジニアとしての業務経験
- テスト計画の立案、実行のサポート経験
- エンジニア経験含む3年以上
歓迎条件
- JSTQB Foundation Level以上の有資格者
- 情報工学もしくはコンピューターサイエンスにおける、学士号相当の知識
- AIの開発経験もしくはAIツールを使用した開発経験
- Money Forward AI Vision 2025にて発表の通り、マネーフォワードではAIを使った業務効率化に取り組んでいる状況かつ、将来的には全製品にAIエージェントを導入する想定であるため
求める語学力
- ビジネス基礎レベルの英語力(TOEIC 700点以上)
※ TOEIC 以外にも英語力がわかる資格や経験をお持ちの方はご相談ください
例:英検準1級、英検2級(英検CSEスコア1950以上)、TOEFL iBT 60以上、IELTS 5.0以上、ケンブリッジ英語検定 FCE など。
※TOEIC700点相当以上の資格をお持ちでない方については選考の過程で弊社指定の試験を受験いただきます。(原則、一次面接後を想定)
