【 Job Description】

In order to realize the mission, QA engineers are tasked with fostering a culture of quality that is necessary for developing services and supporting the continuous quality improvement of products.

For this purpose, they play an important role in conducting pre-release testing, analyzing defect information and providing feedback to development, and improving the efficiency of testing.

The QA team is looking for colleagues who are committed to quality and autonomous with a sense of responsibility for the evolution of society.

【Responsibilities】

・Planning, designing, and executing tests during product development as a member of the development team

・Implement and promote efficient and effective testing techniques such as risk-based testing and agile testing

・Collect, measure, and analyze defect data for continuous quality improvement, and consider solutions.

・Drive quality improvement within the development team

【Development Organization】

【 Requirements】

【Required】

Experience in any of the following

・3+ years of in-house provided (web application) product QA experience at a business company (with test design experience)

・3+ years of experience in web application QA at a QA vendor (with test design experience)

【Preferred】

・Experience in web services development and testing

・Experience driving agile testing integrated with development teams

・Domain knowledge in accounting, HR, tax reporting, or finance (lending)

・Experience implementing ERP packages for enterprise companies

・Experience in developing automated tests such as selenium
