With increasing interest in software quality and the development of the AI sector, the importance of QA Engineers is rapidly rising.

The company's QA team goes beyond simple functional testing, offering an environment where engineers can acquire upstream skills such as analysis and management through process improvement and defect analysis. The company develops and operates multiple Web services, including a large-scale night-life portal site that boasts over 100 million page views monthly. They are seeking QA Engineers to support the quality improvement of these significant services.

【Responsibilities】

You will be responsible for test design, execution, analysis, and automation to improve the quality of the company's web services.

・Test Request Management: Handling test requests from the development team (confirming specifications, executing tests, and reporting defects).

・Upstream Quality: Reviewing specifications, creating test plans, designing tests, and conducting exploratory testing.

・Defect Prevention: Analyzing defects and implementing test automation for recurrence prevention, utilizing tools like E2E testing, SEO SPIDER, and various AWS services.

・Automation Leadership: Planning, designing, creating, executing, and managing automated tests using technologies such as Selenium, CodeceptJS, Playwright, and Python.

・Process Improvement: Proposing improvements to the development process and formulating/driving initiatives for overall quality enhancement.

The QA team is composed of a diverse group of members ranging from their 20s to their 50s, totaling 14 in-house members (1 Manager, 1 Chief, 3 Leaders, 9 Members) plus 2 external SES staff.

【Working Hours】

9:00~18:00

【Allowances】

Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥30,000 per month.
