The Role
- As our services expand rapidly with new products and features, we need to strengthen our quality assurance capabilities while maintaining development speed.
- You will be responsible for building and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure quality within our agile development cycles.
- Design and execute test automation strategies using tools like Selenium to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Implement Chaos Engineering and other advanced methodologies for non-functional testing.
- Establish quality metrics and drive upstream quality assurance practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams based in Japan, India, and Vietnam on cross-border projects.
- Holding Valid working visa in Japan.
Your Skills
- Minimum 3 years of development experience or test automation experience using scripting languages.
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent knowledge required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Processing, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Information Technology Engineer Examination).
- Japanese proficiency at basic/daily conversation level (able to conduct interviews using a mix of Japanese and English).
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) for global project collaboration.
