Quality Technology Engineer - Battery Manufacturing [Production Technology Division]
Basic Information: We are seeking a Quality Technology Engineer to oversee QA operations and quality technical tasks at our battery manufacturing facilities (domestic and international).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate quality management systems (QMS) for production sites
- Develop inspection criteria and work instructions for battery systems (single cells, modules, and rack systems)
- Collaborate with product development team to secure optimal inspection methods and engineering patents
- Establish and manage in-process quality control (QC) for battery rack and container production
- Create and maintain quality standards and work procedure documentation
- Manage supplier QCD processes, factory audits, and traceability verification
- Coordinate vendor inspections and parts supplier requirements

Employment Terms:
