【Responsibilities】

Defining quality levels required from the perspective of users and businesses, and formulating implementation plans.

Improving processes and operations to ensure quality based on product characteristics.

Activities to improve quality across multiple teams, such as sharing quality-related knowledge.

Considering how the QA organization should be structured and leading its formation.

Undertaking test design, implementation, and automation as necessary.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

Practical experience as a QA engineer in agile development

Experience leading improvement activities based on user feedback

Experience building quality assurance processes

【Preferred】

Experience managing or launching QA teams

Experience negotiating with customers

Experience implementing and operating test automation
