■ Responsibilities:
Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development and other teams to ensure software meets quality standards
Manage and maintain test data, leveraging tools like GenRocket for synthetic data generation.
Ensure test automation supports CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) and integrates with DevOps practices.
Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

応募条件
■必須要件:
3-10 years of experience in IT industry
Experience of working in insurance domain project
Good hands-on experience with the automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc.
Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments.
Understanding of test script versioning, CI/CD integration, and defect management.
Business level Japanese (N2 or above) and English skill
