募集背景
マネーフォワードでは、お金に関する様々な課題を解決するために、ビジネス向けクラウドサービスである「マネーフォワード クラウド」や個人向けの「マネーフォワードME」を始めとした様々なサービスを提供しております。
今後も様々な新規製品や新機能を追加していく中で、スピード感を持った開発、またお客様に満足していただくための品質担保は急務になってきております。
アジャイル開発でスピードは担保されつつありますが、まだ短いサイクルでの品質保証は発展途上であり、今後この領域での人材(SDET)の強化が必要とされています。
主な業務内容
- 単体テストの網羅率改善
- メトリックスを利用した上流品質の担保
- postman等を利用したテストの自動化
- カオスエンジニアリング等と利用した、非機能テストの自動化
求めるスキル・経験
- 3年以上の開発経験、もしくは3年以上のスクリプト言語を用いたテスト自動化経験
- ISTQB AL資格の保持者、もしくは同等の知識
- 情報処理系もしくはコンピュータサイエンス系の学士卒業、もしくは同等の知識(基本情報技術者試験等々)
求める語学力
- 日本語力:不問(あれば尚可)
英語力:ビジネス基礎レベル(TOEIC700点相当以上)
業務上、インド・ベトナム拠点メンバーとの共同プロジェクトがあるため、プロジェクトによっては、MTG・テキストでのやりとり含め、全て英語でのやりとりとなります
※TOEIC700点相当以上の資格をお持ちでない方については選考の過程で弊社指定の試験を受験いただきます。(原則、一次面接後を想定)

基本報酬とは別に、半期毎の評価を踏まえ、高評価者に対して「ハイパフォーマンス賞与」を支給することがあります。

9:30 - 18:30(休憩時間60分)を基本とし、従業員の決定に委ねる
