本ポジションでは、ITサポートの実務経験2年以上をお持ちの方を対象に、会議・カンファレンスおよびVIPユーザー向けの専用サポート
を提供していただきます。
主な業務内容
- バーチャル会議およびハイブリッド会議の
会議・カンファレンスサポート - Zoom、Webex
などのコラボレーションツールのサポート - 会議室の
設営・準備
および事前チェックの実施 - Zoom/Webexの使い方の案内、ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、
リアルタイムでの会議サポート - PCやエンドユーザー向けの
基本的なITサポート
(ハードウェア・ソフトウェアのトラブル対応) - ユーザーアカウントおよび会議関連アカウントの管理(アクセス管理、会議室設定など)
- 会議・カンファレンス関連の問題に対する
調査および一次対応 - チケットシステムを使用した
迅速かつ正確な対応記録の管理 - 必要に応じて、上位サポートチームへの
エスカレーション対応
追加業務
- 顧客の
ITチームと連携
し、インシデントや会議関連の問題を解決 - 会議機器に関する
外部ベンダーとの調整 - IT資産管理
の補助および小規模ITプロジェクトのサポート - 会議サポートに関する
手順書・ドキュメントの作成および更新 - 業務報告書の作成・提出
勤務時間
- 基本勤務時間:
9:00~18:00 - 会議・カンファレンス対応により、
早朝または残業が発生する場合あり
応募要件
- ITサポート、デスクトップサポート、または会議/カンファレンスサポートの
実務経験2年以上 - インシデント管理/チケットシステム
の使用経験 - PCハードウェア、ソフトウェア、会議ツールに関する基本知識
- 英語(ビジネスレベル)および日本語(ネイティブレベル)

Computacenter is seeking a skilled and motivated
IT Support Engineer (Virtual Conference Support)
for a financial service company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT support and will provide dedicated meeting, conference, and VIP user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
meeting and conference support
for virtual and hybrid meetings. - Support collaboration tools including
Zoom and Webex
. - Set up and prepare
meeting rooms
, performing standard pre-meeting checks to ensure readiness. - Assist users with
how to use Zoom/Webex
, respond to user inquiries, and provide real-time meeting support. - Provide
basic PC and end-user support
, troubleshooting common hardware and software issues. - Manage
user and meeting-related accounts
, including access management and room configuration. - Conduct
basic research and issue resolution
to address meeting and conferencing problems. - Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the customer's
IT teams
to resolve incidents and meeting-related issues. - Coordinate with
external vendors
for conferencing equipment and support as needed. - Assist with
IT asset management
and support small IT-related projects. - Develop and maintain
documentation
for meeting support procedures and best practices. - Generate and submit
work reports
accurately and on time.
Working Hours
- Standard working hours are
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
. - Flexibility is required based on
meeting and conference support requirements
, including occasional early or extended hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of
2 years of experience
in IT support, desktop support, or meeting/conference support. - Experience using an
incident ticketing management system
. - Basic knowledge of
PC hardware, software, and conferencing tools
. - Bilingual proficiency in English and native level Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting
VIP users and high-visibility meetings
. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a
fast-paced environment
. - Experience working with
overseas IT teams
. - Strong communication and customer service skills.
- IT certifications such as
CompTIA A+ or CCNA
are a plus.
Work Location
