Agile development methods are essential for continuous and speedy product release. The number of enterprise customers who are adopting agile development methods is increasing. As an agile development support service, the company provides Scrum Masters who build and lead teams and an agile QA service that accompanies the client's development team.

In recent years, quality has become increasingly important in agile development, and the company believes that knowledge of agile QA will have high market value. (It is also a hot topic at various agile events.)

【Job】

Utilizing the company's proprietary methods, you will be responsible for quality assurance throughout the development process, including test planning, promotion, specification and design review, test design, and execution within sprints. You are expected to take a proactive approach to the upstream development process and play a role in facilitating the testing process with the product owner and development team.

※Even if you have no experience in Agile development, you can learn the techniques and the company's unique methodology through on-the-job training from members with expertise after you join the company.

【Responsibilities】

・Establishment of QA system within the sprint

• Organize project issues

• Test planning and promotion

• Specification review, design review

①QA Lead
