We are hiring for an experienced
Manual Tester
. Must already reside in Japan.

Language Requirements
Excellent English communication. Japanese N3 is preferred.

Job Description
We are responsible for lifestyle and leisure related services, with some services having the largest market share in Japan. We aim to grow globally and become a world leader through innovation and technology. To achieve this, we are looking for engineers with a global mindset to contribute to the development of our services.

Our are growing rapidly. To support business growth, we need robust and scalable systems. In addition, we are committed to providing the best user experience. This requires a larger team and a high level of engineering skills.

Work Environment
The team consists mainly of young members in their late 20s to early 40s from various countries and different cultures.

There are no barriers in terms of job types or the services they are responsible for, and the workplace is generally open and flat. We actively hold meetings between groups to share information and solve problems.

Position Details

  • Monitor and report on Quality metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes
  • Work closely with the Product Management Team and Development Team to define and refine system test specifications
  • Maintain high performance culture and improve process for bottom performers through standardized processes and QA efforts
  • Review and assign tasks to team members (including Outsource management)
  • Multi-project management (including Onsite/Offsite management)
  • Test plan / design / implementation
  • Test perform (including collaboration with Outsource)
  • Prepare daily & weekly reports
