■ Products

1. eSquare: Trading Platform

Japan's first full-fledged online trading platform that enables the free exchange of energy. This is a licensed business approved by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

1. eCompass: Market Data Platform

A data platform that provides all necessary information for electricity trading, including electricity and fuel market prices, and various other forms of energy-related market data.

1. eScan: Market Risk Management Tool

An Energy Trading Risk Management System (ETRM) tailored to Japan's electricity market. It visualizes business risk based on trading conditions and market data.

1. JCEX: Environmental Value Trading Marketplace

An online marketplace for trading domestic environmental value and international voluntary carbon credits. It supports efforts toward climate change mitigation and achieving carbon neutrality in Japan.

■ Challenges in the QA Domain

enechain, while operating as a startup, is developing a trading system that could become part of the national infrastructure. The company maintains close communication with government agencies and major electric power companies, making product quality a top priority.

Naturally, the QA team plays a critical role, and enechain aims to build one of the top-level QA teams in Japan. To achieve this, the following initiatives must be pursued to improve the organization through various solutions:

・Test automation across all areas

・Detection of security vulnerabilities through simulated external attacks

・Continuous PDCA cycles for test quality improvement

・Efficiency improvements through tool implementation

・Team building through recruitment and development of QA members

■ Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the QA team, including:

・Creating test plans to ensure product quality

・Designing, executing, and reporting on tests

・Providing suggestions and improvements to the development team to maintain continuous quality assurance

Additionally, you will be expected to review test cases created by team members, introduce test management tools, and help establish and operate a long-term quality assurance framework.

You will also be involved in initiatives such as test automation to accelerate the release cycle, as well as promoting a company-wide culture of quality.

【 Requirements】

Required

・Experience in launching or leading a QA team

・5+ years of experience in QA for web or mobile applications

・Ability to identify issues in development teams, propose improvements, and implement solutions

・Alignment with the HRT (Humility, Respect, Trust) philosophy from Team Geek

Preferred

・Experience in developing and operating automated tests

・Experience in selecting and operating various test management tools

・Understanding and experience in usability and UI/UX

・Experience in API testing using tools like Postman

・Experience in investigating root causes of issues using sniffer tools such as Fiddler or Charles
