The center specializes in building and maintaining core SaaS products for corporate clients. The company's headquarters remain in Tokyo.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key leadership role in the full lifecycle development of our enterprise-focused SaaS web applications. This includes setting technical direction, architecting scalable solutions, and supporting team development and system reliability.
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Japan.
- Proficient in English at a business level, Japanese not required.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications using both backend technologies (e.g., Ruby, PHP, Java) and frontend tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern stacks such as Rails, TypeScript, React, or GraphQL.
- Knowledge of collaborative development using tools like GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Understanding of software architecture concepts like Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
- Background in UI/UX design or experience with AI-powered development tools.

■ Salary
Annual Salary: ¥7,008,000 – ¥10,008,000
Salary is paid monthly and includes fixed allowances. A performance-based bonus may also be awarded.
