The center specializes in building and maintaining core SaaS products for corporate clients. The company's headquarters remain in Tokyo.
■ Your Role and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for both functional and non-functional requirements
Perform functional testing on public APIs without relying on mock data
Participate in ongoing requirements reviews and code reviews, including evaluating unit tests and verifying edge case coverage
Build, manage, and maintain test infrastructure within a CI/CD pipeline
Create comprehensive test plans aligned with product goals and customer expectations
■ Experience and Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Japan.
- Proficient in English at a business level, Japanese N3 conversational level.
At least 3 years of experience in either software development or test automation using scripting/programming languages
A strong interest in quality assurance, software testing, and delivering high-quality products
■ Additional Preferred Qualifications
- A background equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or familiarity with writing detailed and accurate requirement specifications
- Exposure to AI development or use of AI tools to enhance testing or development processes

Negotiable
Salary is paid monthly and includes fixed allowances. A performance-based bonus may also be awarded.
