KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the full development cycle:

✓ Basic Design (BD)

✓ Detailed Design (DD)

✓ Development & Testing

• Work closely with Japanese clients to analyze and clarify requirements.
• Review design documents and propose technical solutions and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with BrSE/PM and the Vietnam development team to ensure project quality and schedule.
• Communicate with clients about source code and system modules (project structure, logic flows, validation, error handling, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience with Java, including at least 1 year with Spring Boot.
• Experience in system design: BD (Basic Design) & DD (Detailed Design).
• Strong ability to read and understand source code; solid logical thinking and understanding of system architecture & data flow.
• Japanese communication skills equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher (N3+ with strong communication will be considered).
• Proficiency in technical tools: Git, Git Flow, VS Code/IntelliJ…
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to Japanese clients and the dev team.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing systems for the Japanese government or administrative agencies, especially in the design phase.
• Additional knowledge in AWS, J2EE, large-scale systems, or Japanese technical document writing.

Salary & Bonus

• Total annual income up to 700 man/year, including 14 months of salary (12 months + 2 months KPI bonus).
• Salary review twice a year: April & October.
• Overtime payment following the Japanese Labor Law.

• Transportation allowance: up to 25,000 JPY/month
• Housing allowance: 30,000 JPY/month
• Flight ticket allowance: 80,000 JPY/year
