You will do

  • Mobile app design, coding, and unit/integration testing
  • Delivery processes and monitoring operations
  • Troubleshooting issues and defects
  • Progress management and reporting for assigned tasks
  • Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
  • Contributing to overall team performance improvement
  • Planning and executing technical improvements such as tech stack and architecture modernization and technical debt reduction
  • Proposing and implementing improvements to development processes and workflows

Must have:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience developing iOS mobile applications using Swift
    , including : Complex UI implementation (both UIKit and SwiftUI), Tracking implementation, Software configuration management, CI/CD, Test and product build delivery, and Ticket management systems such as JIRA
  • Practical application of best practices in design, coding, and unit testing
  • Business-level English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and non-engineers outside the team (engineers, product managers, designers, QA)
  • Ability to independently or collaboratively lead mid-sized or larger development projects
  • Ability to provide technical support and mentoring to junior members
  • Strong willingness to take on new challenges
  • Team-oriented mindset

Plus if you have:

  • Use of AI and automation in development workflows
  • Knowledge of API and backend development
  • Experience developing and operating large-scale services
  • Experience as a team leader
  • Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3+)
