About The Role
We are looking for a skilled
.NET Developer
with
1 to 5 years of hands-on experience
in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies and the ability to work in a bilingual environment, with
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or above)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET framework/.NET Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Integrate data storage solutions such as SQL Server or other databases.
  • Work with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and support bilingual communication when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience as a .NET Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
  • Experience with REST APIs, MVC, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL).
  • Japanese language proficiency — JLPT N3 or N5 (mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multinational or bilingual teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
