Job Description: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan (Offices in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya)

We provide 24/7 multilingual services and have established a solid reputation by addressing the diverse technological needs of our clients. Our focus on human resource development has allowed us to train over 3,000 IT infrastructure engineers, enabling us to create a skilled workforce equipped to support our clients' operations reliably.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain information and communication systems to meet client specifications.
- Provide operational support for computer systems, including on-site maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Manage small to medium-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Assist in consulting tasks related to infrastructure design and construction.
- Support clients in the construction of on-premise environments and help desk operations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of IT infrastructure solutions aligned with modern technological demands, including cloud computing and virtualization.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service levels.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Japanese N3 or more (bilingual).
Desired Experience:
- 1 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations support, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with help desk services and on-site maintenance.
- Experience in consulting assistance and project management.
- Proven ability to design and construct infrastructure solutions.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ¥275,000 - (Depends on skills and experiences)
