Job Description: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan (Offices in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya)

Our focus on human resource development has allowed us to train over 3,000 IT infrastructure engineers, enabling us to create a skilled workforce equipped to support our clients' operations reliably.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain information and communication systems to meet client specifications.
- Provide operational support for computer systems, including on-site maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Manage small to medium-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Assist in consulting tasks related to infrastructure design and construction.
- Support clients in the construction of on-premise environments and help desk operations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of IT infrastructure solutions aligned with modern technological demands, including cloud computing and virtualization.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service levels.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Japanese N3 or more (bilingual).
Desired Experience:
- 1 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations support, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with help desk services and on-site maintenance.
- Experience in consulting assistance and project management.
- Proven ability to design and construct infrastructure solutions.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ¥275,000 - (Depends on skills and experiences)
