The Talent Acquisition Intern will support our recruitment efforts, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the recruitment process and contribute to our dynamic team.
How you will succeed:
- Assist in recruitment processes: Support with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Source candidates: Use various channels to find potential candidates
- Maintain records: Keep candidate records organized in our ATS
- Coordinate with hiring managers: Understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Support onboarding: Support new hires transition smoothly
You are best for this role because:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office
- You are eager to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced environment
- Business Level English
- Japanese language skills preferred but not essential
