【IPO準備中の成長企業でキャリアアップ未経験から挑戦できる新卒人材紹介コンサルタント&採用イベント運営】

株式会社 シンフォニードは、WEB/IT業界を中心に急成長を続ける総合人材会社です。8年連続で売上150%成長を達成し、IPO(株式上場)に向けて組織拡大中。今回募集するのは、新卒人材紹介コンサルタントおよび新卒採用イベントの運営スタッフです。業界・職種未経験の方も大歓迎

【主な仕事内容】

・学生との面談や求人紹介など新卒人材紹介業務全般

・企業の新卒採用支援(新規開拓・既存営業)

・マッチングイベント(20~30名規模)の企画・運営

・学生集客(学生団体やSNS活用)

・イベント当日の運営やアンケート集計

【教育・キャリア形成】

入社後は1~2週間の座学研修+3か月間のOJT研修で、未経験でも安心してスタートできます。アパレル出身の先輩も1年でリーダーに昇格した実績あり。評価制度も明確で、毎月1回社長との1on1ミーティングでキャリア相談ができるなど、成長をしっかりサポートします。

・年収例:450万円(20代主任)、540万円(20代後半課長)
