営業本部紹介

コマーシャルブランディング&トランスポーテーション営業本部では、建築の内外装品、グラフィックス製品、標識・標示材、コマーシャルケア製品などを取り扱っています。日本に技術拠点があり、世界中の3Mと連携して新製品の研究・開発を行っています。多くの製品は日本の山形工場で製造・加工され、デザインチームも多くの製品や販促に携わっています。

営業部紹介

コマーシャルビルディングマーケット営業部は、建築内外装品(例:3M ダイノック フィルム、3M ウインドウフィルム、3M ファサラ ガラスフィルム)を主に販売する部門です。これらの製品は市場を創造・拡大し、長年にわたり市場を牽引してきた高い品質と信頼性を誇ります。常に革新的な製品を市場に導入するマーケットリーダーとして、強いブランド力を持っています。日本を代表する著名な建築物への採用も多く、大手クライアント(施主、設計、デザイナー)へのスペックインが主な役割です。ランドマークプロジェクトの構想段階から携われるため、完工時に得られる達成感は非常に大きくやりがいを感じられる職務です。

主な業務内容

  • 担当キーアカウントへのスペックイン活動: 施主、設計事務所、デザイナーなどの主要クライアントへの製品提案と採用促進。
  • 売上目標の達成およびマネジメント: 担当特約店やプロジェクトにおける売上目標の達成とその管理。
  • 成長プログラムの計画と実施: 展示会、説明会、Webinarなどの成長プログラムの企画と実行。
  • 顧客ニーズのヒアリングとソリューション提案: 顧客のニーズを把握し、最適な製品や施工方法を提案。
  • 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客のフォローアップ: 新規顧客の獲得と既存顧客の継続的なサポート。
  • 新製品の市場導入支援と拡販: 関係者と連携し、新製品の市場導入を支援し、販売を拡大。

必須条件:

  • 最終学歴四大卒以上(専攻問わず)
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル(読・書・聴・話)
  • 営業もしくはマーケティング経験3年以上

歓迎条件:

  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • マルチカルチャーなコミュニケーションの経験者
  • 普通自動車運転免許
