【仕事内容】

同社の監査本部/内部監査室にて、当該部門の監査主任候補、中堅監査員を募集します。

【具体的には】

■オーディットユニバース策定、リスク評価・分析、年度/中長期監査計画・ 監査テーマ策定等の監査企画業務

■個別監査計画立案、脆弱性分析・評価、監査実査、監査報告書作成等の個別監査業務

■経営層への提言/レポート

■内部監査室のタスク ・ 監査業務の進捗確認、人事マネジメント

■グローバル内部監査基準(内部/外部品質評価)体制の構築

【期待する役割】

外部から監査・海外管理にかかる知見が豊富な方をお迎えし、国内外の監査強化をお任せします。欧米・アジアの海外子会社の現地マネジメントや、現地会計監査人と対等に議論・コミュニケーション・意思疎通ができる方をお待ちしています。

売上高の65%以上が海外市場である同社は、現地法人などを世界26の国と地域に展開し、連結子会社は国内外合わせて69社に及びます。 内外の環境変化等に対応した『経営に資する監査/統制』を通じて、『信頼されるアドバイザー』として、アシュアランスやそれに向けた課題に留まらず経営戦略に資する助言を提供し、企業価値向上に寄与することがミッションです。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■業務監査経験

■ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書きのみならず会話も含む)

■管理職としてのマネジメント経験または監査部門でのリーダー経験

【歓迎要件】

■海外駐在経験者、海外子会社管理経験

■CIA(公認内部監査人),CISA(公認情報システム監査人),QIA(内部監査士)

【給与】

想定年収:850万円~1,200万円(45歳~50歳例)

想定月収:44万円~63万円

【大阪】8:30~17:00(所定労働時間7時間45分、休憩45分)【東京】9:00~17:30(所定労働時間7時間45分、休憩45分)※フレックスタイム制度あり
