サーバーサイドエンジニア(EM候補)AI×保育で社会課題解決リモートワーク・副業可

【仕事内容】

保育施設向け総合ICTサービスである「ルクミー」は、提供する機能も増え、多くの保育施設に導入いただいておりますが、今後さらに領域を拡大し、かつ安定したプロダクトを提供するために、エンジニア組織の拡大と強化が必要となります。

エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、エンジニア組織の生産性とアウトプットを最大化し、プロダクトの成長をリードする役割を担っていただきます。

  • 業務詳細

・開発や保守運用におけるチームメンバーへのタスク割り当てや進捗管理

・メンバーの育成・成長支援、1on1やフィードバックの実施

・チームのモチベーション・士気や健康状態の把握・ケア

・プロダクトマネージャーなど他職種と連携した開発プロセスの推進

・採用面接を含め、組織の中長期的な成長や持続可能性を意識した組織強化

ご希望や適性により実施する業務:

・チームや組織全体の技術戦略の策定と改善

・技術課題の解決、アーキテクチャの方向性検討や判断

・プロジェクトやプロダクトのマネジメント

今回の募集ポジションは B2B 及び B2B2C 双方の性質を持つルクミーのフォト開発チームです。

ルクミーでは最先端のAI技術を積極的に導入し、現場業務の本質的な課題解決に挑戦しています。

たとえば園児写真の自動分類や、連絡帳や保育記録の文章生成などをAIで実現。

また保育ICTデータとAIを活用して こどもの育ち を可視化する『すくすくレポート』をリリース。

・PoC止まりでなく、最新技術を活用したプロダクトを積極的にユーザーに届ける組織で、

ビジネスインパクト創出と技術革新の手応えを実感できるポジションです。

・開発に Cursor や Claude Code など AI エディタを活用しています。
