Business Contribution:
• Lead strategic growth and development of our business in Japan
• Manage sales revenues and profitability, lead the local team, build relationships with key stakeholders, and execute strategic initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the strategic business and sales plan to support the overall vision and company objectives
• Identify new markets, develop key accounts, secure new channels of distribution, and commercialize new products
• Assess competitive activities and strategies, and implement initiatives to grow Enerpac's brand position
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate compliance policies and zero tolerance towards anti-bribery standards
• Champion the use of technology and sales enablers to facilitate growth
• Lead the local team, hold them accountable for meeting KPIs, and direct the implementation and execution of global company policies

Direct Reports:
• Territory Managers, Specialty Product Manager, Customer Service & Warehouse Leader, Engineering, Purchasing & Marcomm Manager
• Finance & Accounting Manager

Required Capabilities:
• Excellent leadership skills, proven manager of people, and ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese languages
• Strong technical aptitude and commercial experience with mechanics, machinery, and industrial products
• Mature and politically astute with high degree of intelligence, integrity, and honesty
• Ability to synthesize, analyze, and present data, and communicate with peers to garner support for change
