The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a vital role in driving our recruitment efforts
within the Japanese market.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance.

What You'll Need:
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software applications.
- Solid interview and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the online travel,
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and local job boards.
- Native-level fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
