東京を拠点とするRegional HRチームにて、**リージョナル タレントアクイジション / HRBP(テック)**を募集します。
このハイブリッドポジションは、ソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、UI/UXデザイナー、データサイエンティストといったテック人材の採用を日本およびAPAC地域で担うことに加え、**HRビジネスパートナー(HRBP)**として社員やマネージャーへのアドバイザリーやエンゲージメント施策を推進していただきます。
戦略的なリクルーターであると同時に、マネージャーや社員のパートナーとして活躍し、リージョン全体で優秀な人材の獲得・定着・成長を実現していただく役割です。
業務内容
タレントアクイジション(採用)
- 日本およびAPAC地域におけるソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、UI/UXデザイナー、データサイエンティストの採用全般をリード
- ハイアリングマネージャーやテックリーダーと協力し、採用要件を定義・ソーシング戦略を設計
- リージョナルな人材パイプラインを構築し、質の高い候補者体験を提供
- 採用市場のインサイトや戦略的提案をステークホルダーに提供
- 採用ブランディング、プロセス改善、ATS(Greenhouse)の活用推進などのプロジェクトを主導
HRビジネスパートナー(HRBP)
- テック組織の社員やマネージャーの第一の相談窓口として人事関連の課題に対応
- リーダー層と連携し、組織課題の解決やチームの生産性向上をサポート
- Regional HRと協力して、社員エンゲージメントや定着率向上の施策を推進
- パフォーマンスマネジメント、キャリア開発、サクセッションプランニングをサポート
- HR戦略が事業ニーズと一致するよう、経営層へのインサイトやフィードバックを提供
必須要件
- 採用における3年以上の経験
- ソフトウェア開発者、プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、データサイエンティストの採用実績(複数国での経験尚可)
- 日本のテック人材市場および採用のベストプラクティスに精通していること
- マトリックス型組織における優れたステークホルダーマネジメント力・クロスカルチャーコミュニケーション力
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル(完全な業務遂行が可能なレベル)
- ATS(Greenhouse尚可)や採用データ分析の経験
- テクノロジーへの情熱と、候補者に魅力を的確に伝える力
