Tokyo EF

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-savvy Recruitment Lead to oversee our recruitment operations across Asia — playing a key role in rolling out our new Oracle Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in April 2026.

Connecting with people, solving problems, and building efficient, compliant, and candidate-friendly recruitment processes.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee recruitment activities across Asia, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Drive the rollout of our new Oracle ATS, including system testing, onboarding, and training of all hiring managers.
Support continuous improvement post-implementation, including troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process optimization.

Deliver recruitment and system trainings to new hiring managers and teams, ensuring consistent use of the system and best practices.

Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure offers and contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local requirements.
Track and report on open roles, recruitment metrics, and candidate pipelines to help the business make informed decisions.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers—guiding them through the process, influencing adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring data quality and compliance.

Champion candidate experience and help position us as an employer of choice in the region.

Who You Are

You have experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple Asian markets.
You're tech-savvy, with hands-on experience implementing or using an ATS (Oracle experience a strong plus).
You're a natural communicator and influencer, skilled at bringing stakeholders along and gaining buy-in.
You have an eye for detail and enjoy digging into data, metrics, and process improvements.
You're comfortable working across offers, contracts, and payroll interfaces, and can speak the language of compliance and accuracy.
You're curious, resourceful, and thrive in solving problems—whether it's a system issue or a process bottleneck.
You like to get things done and enjoy balancing operational execution with occasional strategic projects.

(Qualification)

2+ years of work experience in recruiting/HR field
Excellent planning and execution skills
Flexible to changes with positive mindset.
Highly organized with an aptitude for multitasking
Fluent in Japanese/business level English plus business level Mandarin or Korean is a bonus
