  • Work with the Global Events team to support the delivery of webinars, in-person events, and third-party sponsorships, handling coordination, content strategy, localization, and logistics.
  • Work with the digital team to localize emails, campaign landing pages, and other campaign elements using marketing automation platforms.
  • Assist with local content creation and translation coordination to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.

Sales, SDR and Marketing Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the NE Asia sales teams to ensure activity is aligned to target segments and sales follow-up is timely and effective.
  • Help maintain lead hand-off processes and ensure campaign visibility through shared planning and regular touchpoints with Sales and SDRs.
  • Work in close partnership with global campaign, digital, content, and creative teams to adapt and localize marketing materials.
  • Ensure execution is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices.

Budget and Vendor Coordination

  • Assist with tracking marketing expenses and processing invoices related to regional campaigns and events.
  • Support vendor coordination for localized services such as content creation, research, translation or design as required.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track key marketing KPIs including MQLs, lead conversion, engagement metrics, and campaign performance via reporting dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for regional leadership, highlighting outcomes, learnings, and recommendations.

Customer Engagement and Advocacy Support

  • Identify and surface customer success stories and advocacy opportunities to the Sr Manager and corporate marketing team.
  • Support the coordination of local case study development and speaker participation for events and campaigns.

  • Manage the day to day relationship with a local Japanese content agency to develop high-quality, evergreen marketing assets that align with the regional marketing plan and budget allocation.
  • Assist in the creation of clear and detailed briefs to guide agency content development across digital, event, and sales enablement channels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content projects by managing schedules, deadlines, and review cycles with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor content quality, brand consistency, and messaging accuracy in collaboration with the global brand and content teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing activities within set timelines and budget.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, trackers, and project plans for visibility and alignment.
