  • マクロビレストランでの調理スタッフ募集です。

肉・卵・乳製品・精製された白砂糖を使わず、

国産有機玄米を使用。食材にこだわり、

カラダにも地球環境にも優しい

サステナブルなレストランです。

マクロビの知識は研修などで習得可です

【具体的な仕事内容】

<キッチン業務>

お客様に提供するオーガニック食品を

使った料理の調理を担当。

料理の基本から、お客様の視覚を

楽しませる色鮮やかな盛り付け方、

その他にも大豆製品をまるで

肉のような食感に変える方法、

白砂糖を使わずに甘みを出す方法など、

当社独自の調理技術を

多数身に付けることができます。

また、当店では季節ごとの旬にこだわり、

四季折々のメニューを提供しています。

そのため、最低でも年に4回は

試食品を交えたメニュー開発があります。

月給 35万円以上

(一律手当を含む)
